1. Definitions

- Content must be original and lawful.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Tracking Links: Use only Merchant-provided affiliate links.
- Brand Guidelines: Comply with our style and messaging standards.
- Disclosure: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC rules.
- Legal Compliance: Obey all applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.

- Misleading Claims: False statements about products or pricing.

7. Term and Termination

8. Intellectual Property
Merchant grants a revocable, non-exclusive license to use logos and marketing materials solely to promote desicooking.pk. All rights reserved.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Affiliates participate at their own risk. Merchant disclaims all warranties. Liability caps at total commissions paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Modifications
Merchant may amend terms with 30 days notice via email or dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing law: Pakistan. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Karachi.
