New Year ka nashta done right! Slow cooked it overnight. The meat was falling off the bone and the gravy was thick and rich. Best Nihari masala.

Taste is authentic, perfect balance of saunf and sonth. Just a tip: follow the oil quantity mentioned or tari (oil layer) kam ayegi.

Made special Christmas/Quaid Day brunch. My guests were asking if I ordered from outside. Highly recommended.

Flavor is rich and aromatic. I prefer a bit more heat so I added extra green chilies and ginger garnish. Overall solid base.
