INTRODUCTION OF BEEF BURGER

Imagine sinking your teeth into a juicy Beef Burger, bursting with irresistible flavors that make every bite a delight! To whip up this scrumptious treat, simply mix together beef, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and a blend of herbs and spices. Shape the mixture into mouthwatering patties and cook them until they’re beautifully golden on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Top each beef burger with a slice of gooey melted cheese for an extra indulgent touch. Then, assemble your masterpiece by placing the cheesy beef patty on a soft bun spread with creamy mayonnaise, and add some crisp lettuce and fresh tomato slices. With each bite of this heavenly beef burger, you’ll experience a burst of flavors that will leave you craving more!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g of beef mince
  • 2 slices of bread, crumbled
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, crumbled bread, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the patties are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them in the oven or on a pan until lightly golden.
  5. Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt.
  6. To assemble the burgers, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by a slice of tomato, and then the cooked patty with melted cheese.
  7. Top each patty with the other half of the bun and serve.
