INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for frying
FOR THE GRAVY:
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, cream, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
