The liver is marinated in a blend of aromatic spices, including ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, cumin, coriander, and garam masala, enhancing its rich taste. After a brief marination, the liver is shallow-fried to perfection, resulting in a dish that’s both succulent and bursting with flavor. Garnished with fresh coriander leaves, this dish is a staple during festive occasions like Eid-ul-Adha and is best enjoyed hot with naan or chapati. Its quick preparation and robust flavors make it a favorite among meat lovers.
