INTRODUCTION OF SWEET CORN CHAT

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, for garnishing
- 2 tbsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- If using frozen sweet corn, thaw it and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, green chili, and tomato to the pan and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sweet corn kernels to the pan and stir to combine with the onion mixture.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sweet corn is heated.
- Add the chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice to the pan.
- Mix everything and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and transfer the sweet corn chat to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
