INGREDIENTS:
- 500g potatoes, cut into thin french fry shape
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder (amchur), chaat masala, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cut potatoes to the bowl and mix well until the potatoes are well coated with the spice mixture.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry the coated potatoes in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Drain the fries on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
